The Positive Support
Association, Inc. is a not for profit privately funded organization
and has chapters
covering the Portland, Oregon and
SW Washington State. The group is not a Oregon or Washington Corporation
and is considered a social association at this point in time.
The PSA is completely administered by unpaid volunteers
and is currently privately funded by it's members and donations.
Currently, the group is about peer mentorship and social events and
group meetings.

Email us your Stories and Submissions
We are accepting stories to publish on
the PSA 'Our Stories' page. Your submission will be posted either in
your name or anonymously at your request, The submission should be about
your HIV diagnosis experience and how you have coped with the disease
since that time. The purpose of any story should be about hope and help,
we reserve the right to edit any story for length and content before
publishing them.

We are always seeking
applications from Portland, Oregon area residents who also might be PLWA
as potential PSA Board
Members. We are also seeking HIV researchers and Physicians to be
on the board to serve as the Medical Advisor to the PSA website content.
PSA Board member's who wish to mentor newly diagnosed clients, can also
do that, after going through a intensive and effective training class.
Certified HIV Counselors are also welcome to apply.
All positions listed
above are voluntary, as the PSA is a 100% not-for-profit group.

We are actively recruiting new volunteer
Chapter Directors all over the United States at this time. The new
Directors will be asked to compile and edit the Direct User Resource
Guide for each State or Metro area they are in charge of.
If you are interested in helping set up a chapter
or just have a submission, story or compiled list of current HIV
resources in your City or State, please contact Marc Peterson at the PSA
National chapter headquarters by emailing him or calling the PSA
