About CAREAssist
CAREAssist is have access to
medications. In CAREAssist may be able to pay your insurance premiums.
This includes coverage through:

Private or individual policy ·
Employer insurance ·
COBRA/Portability ·
The

Medicare Part D prescription
drug plans (includes Advantage Plans) ·
The
CAREAssist helps with co-pays and deductibles on all
prescriptions and provides limited help with medical care co-pays. We can also pay 100% of the cost of medications while you are applying for insurance. This emergency coverage must be requested by your
doctor’s office. Please contact us or see our website for more details. Who is Eligible
CAREAssist is designed to help those individuals with the greatest need get access to medical care.
To qualify for services you must: ·
Be HIV-positive ·
Be a resident of ·
Be income-eligible. Applicants
can have up to $2,708 gross income per month, for a household of one. ·
Be within the asset limit.
One house, one car, and federally recognized tax-deferred retirement
accounts are not counted. All savings accounts, stocks and bonds,
additional vehicles, other real estate, business assets, etc., must not
exceed $10,000.
